Reputation without surface area.
Most of the businesses you love (the barber in your neighborhood, the plumber your friend swears by, the auto shop that fixes things right) have a great Google reputation and no website. Five stars from real customers. Nothing for a new customer to find.
Until recently, building a real website was expensive and slow. A few thousand dollars upfront, weeks of back-and-forth, and a result that often looked like a template anyway. So the great local businesses skipped it. They relied on word of mouth and the Google listing. They left the customers on the table.
AI changed the math. The work that used to take weeks and cost thousands can now be done in a day for a fraction. We use that shift to put real, custom, fast sites under businesses that earned them years ago.

Background in psychology and IO from Western Washington and Seattle Pacific. Spent the last several years building AI orchestration systems for non-technical operators. Local Web Builder is the productized version of a workflow he uses every day: spot a great local business with a missing online presence, build them a site, watch the new customers find them.
Built the whole stack end-to-end. Stubborn belief that AI is the great equalizer for people with ideas who do not code, and for local businesses who never had the budget for a real web team.

Handles client onboarding, design tailoring, and the production of the sites we ship. She is the human in the loop: making sure each site reflects the business it represents instead of the template it started from.
If something on your site needs a person to look at it, she is the person.
Why we built this
The all-in-one platforms broke the deal.
Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, the agency platforms. They sell speed and end-to-end convenience and they deliver lock-in. Your domain, your content, your SEO equity (all of it lives in their walls). Leave the platform and you lose the work.
We took a different path. Built on open standards. The site is yours. The domain is yours. The content is yours. The SEO equity you build over years is yours. If you ever want to leave us, we hand off the assets and shake hands.
