Service description
Local Web Builder provides custom website design, build, hosting, domain management, and search engine optimization for local service businesses. Service tiers are described on the pricing page and confirmed in the client agreement.

Billing and cancellation
Service is billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
Ownership and handoff
Client owns the website, the domain name, and all content. On cancellation, we transfer the domain and provide production files within 30 days. Full breakdown on the data ownership page.
Client responsibilities
Client is responsible for the accuracy of business information provided, for ensuring rights to any photos or copy supplied, and for compliance with all applicable regulations for their industry.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Domain transfer and handoff are included at no additional cost. Early termination terms are described in the client agreement.
